Whenever I plug in hardware into 1 of my usb ports, It always gets code 10..the drivers are working but the device failed to start. It started recently, and I cant get my mp3 player or camera to work in any of the usb ports. When I go into device manager the mp3 player/camera always has the yellow exclamation mark next to it. Im using Windows Vista Ultimate =/

no, there isnt an option to restore to a time before the problem was happening. Ive tried reinstalling the USBs and the drivers are up to date... I really need some ideas
