vlc for mac,subtitles problem

    hi guys my friend have a problem with his vlc software. when he opens an avi movie and load the subtitles they doesn't appear on the screen. any solutions???

    Make sure the subtitle file is the same name (only the extension is different).

    Example.avi
    Example.srt
