.VOB .IFO .BUP?

I have some movie files, .vob .ifo .bup and I was woundering can I just burn them to a dvd-r with nero? I don't want to do the long rencoding part. I just want to put them on a DVD-R and watch it in my dvd player. Can I do that? If so how?

 

That's a good question. I have those same files that I have no idea of where they go in a burn.

 

Hello.

If they'll fit on a DVD5, select the Nero option of burning DVD files.

In Nero Express:

Select DVD Video Files
Click the Add button.
Open the folder containing the VOB, IFO and BUP files.
Right click and select Select All
Click the Add button.
Click the Finished button.
Click the Next button.
Enter the Disk (Volume) name and the choose the write speed and click the Burn button.

Otherwise, open the files in Nero Recode, re-author and/or compress as needed, and let Nero Recode control the Nero burn.
