No snagit is a picture utility that will take snap shots on your screen that you can save and then upload to the net. 65 proceesors that is way to many .
Hi there, I also get a different fps depending on how the file was encoded. I have a P4 - 3.2 Ghz with 512mb (533mhz) and I usually get Max x1.7 (50fps) but usually around x1.5 - x1.3 A 700mb AVI takes about 1 hour on average !

Try this one http://download2.vso-software.fr/vsoDivxToDVD_free_setup.exe it's an older version, but it's free, fast and has no watermarks. Enjoy it... and I suggest you save it on a folder because any of the new version is "not" free anymore.
