I'm not sure if this has been addressed about Nero update 6.6.14 or not, but there seems to be an incompatability with this new update and shrink. The following error will appear after the encoding process "6.14 Error:\cannot connect TRF", if you don't believe me update from 6.6.18 and you'll find out for yourself. My problem was solved by uninstalling the new nero update then rolling back to 6.6.18 and cleaning the registry. Hopefully, there will be a bugfix for this with a later release, who knows??? I've never experienced a problem like this with Nero until now, by the way I'm using Taiyo-Yuden 8x media with a 16X LG burner, over 500 burns with this media and no coasters so that's out of the question. Is anyone having luck with this update and Shrink?? Please share your experiences, Thanks....

we all seem to be having the same problem butr if you use 6.6.0.18 or go to ver 7 then you should be fine
Cyprusrom, I haven't backed up a movie in a while so I wasn't aware of this bug in Nero. Only when I tried to backup Jarhead yesterday was when I found out about this annoying error.
@elusiv1 I believe you! Just wanted to let you know you're not alone! Sometimes is nice to know is not your softs or system that acts up! Cheers! Oh, and I sae lots of people that updated Nero, both 6 or 7, without backing up their working version! Not good!
