water cooling

    hey guys!!!!
    just wodnering are the water cooling systems fairly quite???
    and if so what type should i get, theres a few but i dunno what to buy and i wanna get one that is good yet makes minimum noise.

    120gb 7200rpm harddrive for OS (windows XP-Pro and linux-redhat)
    21" samsung LCD TV used as monitor/TV :p:p:p:p

    I used to have a dangerden system in my old pc www.dangerden.com
    it was really quiet and cooled to some really nice temps.
    dangerden aren't the cheapest around though & you might want to start off with something a little more basic as they can be a real pain to set up.
