ways to avoid 'web nanny' software

    It worked for me too until they blocked it. Now only a couple of sites work for me.

    Does anyone know anymore free sites that would allow you to avoid 'web nanny'. I've tried all the ones you've listed and tried a lot that I googled. The only one that would work was https://webproxy.kaxy.com/index.php but most of the time it was too busy and only members could use it at the time. The software our school uses to block sites is Bess(n2h2).

    did you try proxify.net and .com, my school also uses bess. They have blocked all the ones that work for me.

    Yeah, I tried that site but was blocked. I've tried like 15 other sites but no luck.

    what I did was posted porn and video games on my geocites site, if they evey block it I will just change the html.

    Get PortableFirefox, it comes in a zip file, and can be configured tp use a proxy with it.

    Good work philipman, I'll have to wait three months to see if Bess blocks them at school. The one that I've been using in school was https://proxify.com and works good

    Do you think that there is a way of turning bess off or something like that in the registry editor?

    Man u guys r lucky u can actually get on Ad. At school we hav that damn bess security and i got to Ad and then click forums and it says access denied piece of c!@# filter but 2 morro will try the sites listed. Ty in advance.

    I tried the proxify site and that is blocked under P2P/LOOPHOLE thats what it says.

    don't use that one, it will be blocked like every were now because everyone uses it.
