WD Backup

    A friend just got a Western Digital My Book 250GB drive and we installed the WD Backup Software it came with and you can open it and run the program but when you hit the back-up button an error message saying C++ Runtime Error, Abnormal Program Shutdown, and shuts down. Anybody know what to do?
