    I want to go to this website blackplanet.com and i think mt norton security has something to with this does anyone know how to unblock websites if you have norton security

    Disable your Norton temporarly.

    If you have an icon in the lower right hand screen of your desktop, right click on the Norton one and a list should come up and you just select shutdown.
