My computer makes a really weird strangled sounding beep right before the POST beep. It happens only sometimes, I can't seem to find a pattern. I might be able to record it later on. BTW the POST beep is only one beep, I think that means everything is fine.

Single beep is good. But from what you described you may want to check your video card. No video is a long beep over and over. There may a detection of no video for a moment then it gets video creating that strange sound. How old is your Vid Card?

    I have a Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3, and a one month old 7600 GT.

Can you see which BIOS it uses? (Award, AMI, Phoenix etc)

I believe it's Award. I'm downloading something, when it's done I'll make sure.
EDIT: Yes it is a Award BIOS.

Hmm, according to the official list, nothing matches that. If you can't identify any particular problem, it's probably not much to worry about.
Have you checked the SMART logs for your hard drives?

Well it seems fine now so I'm not too worried.
