Well, this isn't good...I let my friend mod my Xbox, and now it's got some crap wrong with it...

I'm not sure what method he used, but I know he did the thing that involves taking apart the Xbox, and doing something like swapping cables of the Xbox and the computer at a precise second.

Anyway, it has EvolutionX on it.

The console makes a short grinding noise whenever it turns on or reboots, is that supposed to happen? It seems like it's coming from the disc tray, wheter there's a game in it or not. It only happens when I use the actual Power button, and it doesn't do it when I boot with the eject button.

Also, I get an error message (21 in the top-left corner of the screen, Eject LED flashes Red and Green) when I select the following Options:

Launch DVD
MS Dashboard
Launch Menu>Apps>MSDash
Launch Menu>Apps>Xbox Dashboard

The version I'm using is V+3935 and the RD Name is XBOX_V1.0 if that helps.

Also, what kind of emulator is PcsXbox? PS1?

 

O yes dont we all ove error 21 well u can either get ur back up back on or just get AID 3 and it will fix all problems.
