well, even if you got one of those mac minis and a small lcd screen, you could carry that around and still easily swap parts and upgrade when you need to.

Hp>dell anyday, you can customize any model series of hp's at bestbuy, and dont even look at alienware, if you're knowledgeble about building you're own, then by all means, build youre own comp. About 2 years ago when i didnt know much about computers, i customized my own hp at bestbuy, and in todays standards its still competetive. Now if i wanted to, i could build it all over with parts bought online for 1/2 the price it was backthen 2 year ago.
