    "CHEVELLE" Point #1...

    @WierdName
    Good Musical Choice...

    Instead of a Silencer...You should think Muffler...Internal Panel at certain angles that Cancel the Sound Waves without Restricting Air Flow...Think Flowmaster...

    Good Charlotte - Girls and Boys
    Very hard to play BTW, for a newb anyways.

    EDIT-
    Didn't see your post before posting mine. Weird... Anyways, interesting thought. A mini-muffler would work pretty good but the question is the difficulty in fabricating one. That has actually given me an idea. Have a unit that sits on top of the computer and it would server as the sole air cooling and entrance/exit for the air. The main computer case would only have two holes, one on the top back and the other on the top front, which would connect to the unit. The unit could have a free-on (or whatever it is) filled cooling element out of an old fridge that would cool. The unit would also have two fans, one over each hole, that would circulate the air over the cooling element and through the computer. The unit would then be completely cut off from the outside so that the sound from the fans would have to go through the unit walls and/or computer walls in order to escape.

    For all you rockers - check out this video of my friends band:
    Iron Man - On the Mountain Live.
    Here's a little wiki on them - wiki link

    The video and audio ain't crystal clear but decent.

    No comment from me on the singer but I'd be interested in yours :)
    A little background on him - his other band is a cover Sabbath band (surprise surprise) from Philly that VH1 featured in one of their docs on cover bands.

    The band sounds pretty good, but the singer sounds like Jack Black. :D

    Txs! I'll pass it on to the band

    @locoeng
    Yeah I'm not thrilled with the singer either - otherwise I like the sound even though it isn't what I normally listen to.

    Good beat. Hard to play though, for a newb anyways.

    Currently listening to that same computer hum because my headphones are in the other room and I'm too lazy to go grab them.
