i never really liked mainstream pop music from a young age, just a few bands/artists at the time, then was listening to mainly Jean Michel Jarre and Heavy Metal in my teens, so there Three Days Grace - Animal I Have Become
/me wants to turn my ragedy ole Xbox into a media center now thanks to creaky...and since you brought it up old chap I can't think of anyone else I'd have to help me do it. Be looking for your MSN account to be blowing up very soon mate. I would also be willing to drop in a few "u"'s where they should be, as in (flavour, colour etc.) and maybe even transpose some 'er's (centre etc.). Pink Floyd - Have a Cigar
7thsinger, you really like Breaking Benjamin. Anyway I'm listenin to Blow Me Away, by you guessed it, Breaking Benjamin lol.
I'll second that, if only I was 20 again! avril lavigne - my happy ending http://youtube.com/watch?v=62BQz_rmrbA Avril Lavigne - Don't Tell Me http://youtube.com/watch?v=c9tvzVPSnbQ
She's alright, uses a little bit too much makeup around her eyes in my opinion. Now Neha Dhupia, that's a hot woman right there.
Ya, it is because I have to have a rough draft of my argumentative paper on Monday after the Thanksgiving weekend. Currently listening to that same fan hum and "Dancing with the Stars" because I'm eating and my headphones are in the other room and the other peeps here are watching that show.
Queensryche Eyes Of A Stranger http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HlPiLkO004I kickass band, Operation Mindcrime is on of the greatest concept albums of all time!! Geoff Tate (vocals, keyboards); Chris DeGarmo (acoustic 6- & 12-string acoustic guitars, electric guitar, lap steel guitar, guitar synthesizer); Michael Wilton (acoustic 6- & 12-string acoustic guitars, electric guitar); Eddie Jackson (bass); Scott Rockenfield (drums, percussion).
Hells yeah Abuzar! They rock! LOL. Totally agree! Operation Mindcrime IS the epitamy of concept albums! The only band that has put out a concept album that came close was the band Savatage with "Streets"
Jimi Hendrix - Wind Cries Mary http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A-lIhikpMlo Hard to believe this video was shot on the day I was born! Jimi Hendrix Monterey Like a Rolling Stone http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X3WeABKGckc Jimi Hendrix - Voodoo Child http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f_k00iqNpxw
E40- U and Dat http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoid=2369187 I used to listen to that one soo much when it first came out. Kinda like an acid trip in music. Still a great album cd..whatever
cool another Savatage fan Criss Oliva R.I.P. but gotta disagree with you about great concept albums a couple that come to mind are Dream Theater "Scenes From A Memory" and you can't forget Pink Floyd "The Wall" an album is a collection of songs on any format vinyl,CD,tape etc. An album may be released in a single format, such as on compact disc, or in multiple media formats, ranging from physical ones such as CDs, DVD audio, cassettes and vinyl records so what I'm saying a CD is a format, people mis speak that all the time lol
Very valid example of an oversight on my part. Both are very good concept albums, although i will say i like "Streets" more than "Scenes" but "The Wall" is one i should not have forgotten. But yes, a huge Savatage fan. R.I.P. Criss Olivia. Very talented and very underrated band. Glad to see someone else who knows them!
been a fan for years i have all there album "Dungeons Are Calling" is my fav. TSO is great also. Do you have any of the Doctor Butcher albums Jon Oliva released? thats great stuff too. Saw Satavage live back in the late 80s 1987 i think touring/supporting there new album at the time Hall Of The Mountain King kickass tour
