    7thsinger, I'm an oldie. I started playing double kicks in the 70's. My first kit was a Ludwig natural maple finish kit called the octa-plus. Eight rides, two floors. double kicks and cymbals everywhere. Those were the days.

    Listening to Ozzy, Blizzard of Oz.

    BTW: My fave drummer is a guy called Tommy Aldridge.

    Ah yes, I remember when vocals used to be "enhanced" like that. I never really cared for it much, but hey, the track is cool.

    Freaking yes! I love that track!

    @Wolfmanz
    makes sure you post about the Megadeath concert in the Concerts thread...pics if you get 'em. I bet that show will kick ass...i know your VIP Kit definately kicks ass.

    @Hogan
    Aldridge is a helluva drummer. A pioneer in double-bass. Thomas Lang is a kickin' drummer, don't know if you've heard of him or not. If not, check the link.

    I'm a recent drummer. Been playing guitar and bass for a little over ten years...just decided to learn drums about a year and a half ago.
