and you have neither card right solorgame?

also i heard the 7800 can be had for around 399.00 thats a pretty good deal for a great video card like that.

botttom line either card X850 or 7800 is more card than any of us will ever need

yeah good point aabbccdd, they are both gr8 cards, and noone can even contemplate their power yet - they might not be needed now, but we will certainly have the edge later on.

Well even with my setup when playing the demo of FEAR it's not the smoothest of games. It's good but not as good as I'd expect it to be. I still think that Doom 3 looks much better. Although I think that is down to it being a demo version and also that software developers have not even scratched the surface of the7800's potential yet.

hey aabbccdd, of course i dont have a 500 dollar video card. not many of us do, that was a pretty crappy personal attack, its called an opinion.
like you said noone will use that much. i think its a pretty big waste of money unless you need it for your job or somethin.

..Go to www.klipsch.com It is a audio speaker company that dates back to the 1950's. They are high quality, top-notch speakers. The promedia's will rape you logicraps.

Ive heard them many times, at demos, friend's house. They distort badley, the sub is boomy as hell, sat's dont have a High, only a mid, and they sound muddy compared to the pm 5.1 ultras.
