    I second that.

    I use:
    DVDdcrypter
    DVD2one
    RecordNow (or Nero)

So one is saying all burners work well whith DVDxCOPY(Is this relly the case) and one say go for other software..?
I did a test with a LACIE D2 and DVDxCOPY it worked with 1 of 10 movies, it seams like a big problem was that the program having problem to read the dvd's. To me this is possible a harware case or software, maybe Dvdxcopy only works with new shining dvd, maybe it's the media?
I relly wont to make a backup off my music dvd's but I wont a solution that works say 7/10
    thanks/the nonefish

I would say any burner will do...or any program will do. It's the combination thereof cause dvdxcopy is picky. Even some media won't work with dxc. I would go for the sony dru500ax tho. I only use dxc if a movie fits in one disk otherwise I'll strongly go along with what herbsman, et al, are saying.

Smartripper or DVD Decrypter [both free]
DVD2One or DVD Shrink [dvd shrink is free]
    Nero [or other]

    Is all you need

    NO DVDXCopy...!!!: )
