What is a GT Rom Loader?

    Once again, seems like you guys are blinding us novices with science :(
    In simple language, what do I need in order to load the fix and new firmware?
    Do I need a computer? Do I need any wires? Do I need extra plugs and electricity supplies in my room?
    If the answer to any of the above is Yes, I am in trouble as my Starview 2 is in a tiny bedroom with nothing else
