I asked this question in a Sony shop and expected to get real answers. I'm thinking of getting one but i want to know what is the difference between them and your normal tv, i even tried to get help on skys hdtv site but they never explained much either.
thread teleported to relevant forum, ie that's where all the answers are. i just bought a HD tv, HD is supposed to be 4 times better/clearer than what we get now...
HDTV is sooooooo worth it. It is so clear, almost like it's clearer than if you were actually there. If you go into an electronics store with High-Def. TVs set up, then you can see what I'm talking about. I suggest highly that you get HDTV over standard TV.
