what is the best dvd recorder for recording dvd-r? or dvd+r?

    I am looking for a dvd recorder to record to dvd-r and that maybe has an ilink hookup. If there aren't any, I would consider a dvd+r recorder.
    I would appreciate anyhelp. I have searched the internet and not found much that I wanted to find.

    i have the panasonic dmr-e85h dvd recorder and its excellent. it records to dvd-r and dvd-ram. its a combo dvd recorder and dvr.

    I have a Lite-On LVW-5005 and it records to DVD+R/RW, DVD-R/RW and records VCD and SVCD. I paid $241 for it (including shipping) and have been very happy with it for the month and a half that I've had it ...
