I need a new one. So does anyone have any ideas? I was thinking about the Mac Airport Extreme. It's for home use and all of my pc's are windows based.

Why would you get a MAC router, when you have PC's? Get a LinkSys wireless router.

I've heard that the mac airport are excellent routers and work well with windows pc's. I owned a Linksys b router a few years back and the range was crappy plus I like the fact you can plug an external usb hard drive into the mac router. I know Linksys makes one like that too but is it any good?

that's not overly specific. I personally have great results with Linksys and Buffalo routers. And the BT Voyager 2091 also, though haven't fully tested that one with heavy torrenting yet
