I think its a 3-way tie between Crank, Hellboy, and IRobot but I have not seen all the blu-rays that are out. So let me know what you think is the sharpest blu ray with the best picture quality that you have seen.

The Dark Knight and Iron Man look incredible on 1080p TVs.

I have seen most of the movies listed, and I disagree.

Pixar movies are the best, since they are pure CGI there aren't any camera issues, the images are perfect and crisp. You have to seem them to believe it.

mesman21, I agree. For me watching Finding Nemo was just rediculous in 1080P. I was like wow! I will be buying that one when it becomes available.

Personally, I always test out the sound and video quality with Transformers 1080P. The DTS surround is awesome, the action is good, and I just like the movie. Ironman is pretty good to test with as well. I do not watch a lot of animated movies, so judging with something I do not watch doesn't work.

yes,x2 on the pixar stuff...very sharp! But I rather liked "Fearless" starring Jet Li....Not a whole bunch of things stand out but if you like martial arts (like I do) and are into special effects (like I am) it's really cool. :)...oh yeah and cranked up on my home theater system sounds awesome

Transformers hands down... That movie just blew me away on a 46" LCD in HD. My Sony PS3 was worth every cent after that. :)

300 is also up there. The color tones took a bit getting used to, but the BR transfer was terrific.

NIN Live Beside you in Time. Amazing quality and sound, blew me away. Nothing I have seen has come close to the good quality of that blu ray. Dark Knight was pretty good as well.
