I am new at burning movies. What is the best software to use?
Nero 7 is what I use. It is quite good.
It keeps telling me my movies are wrong format
I agree with LaxNasty Nero 7 is a world leading burning program.
if you are dealing with copy-protection at all then Clone Dvd 2 along with the essential partner Any Dvd are pretty great.

if you need more help post back
the SlySoft official website can be found with a google search.
Clone Dvd 2
Any Dvd (this runs in the background to break protection)

FixVTS, Shrink, and Imgburn. There are some really great guides for
using it in the guides section.
This is probably the easiest way for a newbie to backup up movies.
You can then decide if you want to purchase some other available
