What verison of MPT works with v551?

Well, what version of MPT works with v551 phones? I have been trying for 2 days now, and this is really getting annoying, I am getting tempted to just buy the fusking program and cable at the phone store.

 

LOL Version 3 should work fine. Go here to download the Motorola USB driver though.

Hope this helps. Don't waste your money. This may not even work for you. I'm guessing you already have the program since you didn't indicate otherwise. If not, search the forum a little more. There are copious threads with new information including posts I've made recently with Installation guides from Motorola.

 

Well, I have the lastest version, and the drive I d/led like you said, but its still not working.

 

try uninstalling mpt and driver, then instal driver first, then mpt

 

yeah, that's how I did it.
