I know nothing about video cards. I just want to know which one is the best. I do a lot of gaming & want to play the most up to date games, thanks. Here are the 3 I can choose from:

NVIDIA GeForce 7350 LE 128m + TV Tuner

    ATI Radeon X1650 256mb

    GeForce 6150 SE

Yea dude, you wont be able to play any of the recent games those graphics cards... BUT, if that is the limit for your budget, then I would go with the x1650.

You can get a 7950GTX by nvidia for only a couple more bucks, and that card is real real good! (This is if you have a PCI-e configuration)

No, just these ones. The main purpose I want one is to play the Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion and the new game, Bioshock

Only the X1650 can do it, and you'll have to turn the detail settings down for most games. For the most recent titles that come out you may have to set your sights higher. The X1650 is not a gaming card, no matter what the marketing says.
