what will happen if you make threats to afterdawn!

You might do well to spend a few minutes looking up my member profile and past year's contributions to your forum. Also spend a few minutes reading a decent cross-section of them, so you can get an appreciation of their caliber and value. Take a few more minutes reading some of the generous feedback and compliments readers have afforded me for making these contributions.

Are you so easily willing to loose one of your most regular and valuable contributors over such a trifling matter? Do you really believe I'll be the only member you'll loose as a consequence? If so, be certain to read a few of your own member's comments!

 

Well, he got what he demanded. At least for a limited time.....

 

If I recall correctly, the section he requested was promptly made. Maybe I'm missing out on part of the story, but it seemed kind of odd how things went his way so quickly.

well you know i remember a lot about 8 tracks.ive repaired them,gotten mad and thrown them out the window,etc.a package of matches was crucial to the final adjustment so they would play.lol.i see the new thread for dvd vcr combos is going like gangbusters.

 

there must be more of us who have a ps1 than all the other consoles put together, yet no section.

I asked about these machines (dvd-vcr combo) in something like 6 high street retailers today.. to blank looks or "they're obsolete.. we have no plans to stock a discontinued item.. try fleabay"

I know magnavox are notorious for selling things which are well past their sell by date. I think they over manufacture then sell right up to the bitter end. Zenith {{magnavox manufactured remembering the service sheets}} were the last maker to sell 405 only tv sets in the UK.. right up to 1980.. more than 10 years after everybody else had given up, and only 5 years before the end of all broadcasting using that system..

So should we start having hissy fits and demanding/threatening stuff if we don't get our way for whatever obsolete/minority piece of hardware/software it may be?? I want a sco/unix user thread
