I haven't used VCD for a long time. This is from the notes I made: The AVI has to be converted to mpeg1 format then a .bin file created. TMPGenc can be used to convert an AVI to VCD compliant mpeg1. Run TMPGenc and select the Project Wizard. Choose the Video-CD template > Next. Load/Drag the Avi file onto the window > Next > Next > Next > OK. VCDEasy will produce .bin/.cue files from a compliant MPEG1 file. Run VCDEasy. Click ‘Main’ tab and drag the mpeg1 file onto the window. Verify the output path for the new .bin/cue files Click ‘Go’ A .bin and .cue file are created. Use Imgburn to burn the CD (select the cue file) TmpGenc: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/audio_video/convert_video/tmpgenc.cfm Last free edition of VCDEasy http://www.321download.com/LastFreeware/page10.html
Then the bitrate has to be adjusted down (which lowers the quality). Using the link, scroll down to the part where TmpGenc is being used to create the video. http://forum.videohelp.com/threads/...de-to-fitting-a-movie-on-one-CD-using-TMPGEnc
