There's not really an answer to that one, because DivX codec is the only piece that has any real effect to the result in quality sense and all solutions use the same codec. But in terms of easiness, etc there are tons of options. GordianKnot is one tool that some people praise, EasyDivX is one of the easiest tools (but extremely buggy). Then there are combination methods, like ours (see our article section) that normally use tools like SmartRipper, VirtualDub, LAME and BeSweet.
