You live with what you have, and you are correct. Part of it is out of spite.

I know, but what they are putting out now, is nowhere near as toxic as Agent Orange was.

They're certainly doing their best to make up for it. Monsanto has invested a lot of time and money to genetically modify food plants, and the trait they're looking for is resistance to weed killer, or Roundup. So now they can spray 4 to 5 times as much of a weed killer that the WHO suggests is probably a carcinogen. California is now labeling Roundup as a known carcinogen.

Roundup should be banned period, considering the harm it's causing to 3rd world farm workers, but Monsanto has so much power that it's actually writing its own protection bills in congress.

I did. I voted for Remain, though I didn't want to vote at all. The debate on both sides has been farcical given how it will affect the future of Britain. I feel that barely anyone who voted made an informed decision, myself included (which is why I didn't want to vote). The only reason I voted for Remain is because I personally think there will be a period of economic downturn in the country in the event of Brexit and my family would really struggle to weather that as we live right on the breadline. Also, I remember that a good few economists said that Remain was the way to go, so that, too.

Good for you. If you don't vote it's difficult to complain about the outcome. lol
We in the US have a presidential vote coming up in November and I, as of yet, haven't made a commitment... With all the lies, hipe and spin coming from both sides it's difficult to make an informed decision. Do I want one who lies and will continue this turn down in the economy while padding their own pockets or someone with no experience that may or may not pull us out of this crappy economy.... I guess time will tell. I really don't think my vote will mean a hell of a lot but, I can always say I voted for them if their doing good or that I didn't if their doing bad.. LOL

Is it just me, or are we all missing the "Where are the old school lot" meaning?" What exactly is the AD "old school lot?" I've looked and I can't find an "old school" metric because no start and end points have been clearly defined. So perhaps we could all state our own start and end points and see where it leads.

My points get rather complicated, but they usually start and end with people I used to associate with, such as Praetor. So perhaps we could all name someone who's "old school," and missing in action.

Well I existed here under various monikers primarily from '07-'09, so I probably don't count as old school in the strictest sense. I entered as a massive embarrassment and left as a slightly less but still a pretty monumental embarrassment.

If anyone reads this who had to deal with my shenanigans, I am so, so sorry you had to deal with 12-14 year old me.

Whatever happened to binkie? Is she still around?
