VIOLA??? How in god's name did you turn a pager into a viola??? That's an awesome party trick!
Regor: Amazing, how about that for luck! If only I could manage the same... I was wondering where all my luck went, you seem to have nicked it! :D

for the record, Sammorris, if you are not aware of this... VIOLA has a double meaning and pronunciation...

Viola - Violin or stringed instrument similar to a violin

    -or- alrenatively...

Viola - pronounced WALLA - or Wal-LA - kinda like open sesame or open says me.

    <grin> and just bear it.

No, that's spelt voila, it's a derivative of french. It was a humourous typo.

You are correct, Sammorris. And I stand corrected. I hate it when you are humorously correct. I hate it even more when I am wrong. Oh Discordia! :)

seeing those cd racks has prompted me to find some to replace mine; mine are only 60cd's high, and i have about 11 racks, they take up too much room and i have a fair few discs in soft cases that i want to rack instead and find them when i want them. My ceilings are Victorian so i have huge amounts of space i could be using better if i had taller racks. Can't really make/use any shelves as the house is full of Asbestos so no drilling into the walls :O

i've been buying audio cd's since they first came out. In fact i believe the first audio cd ever made was Dire Straits - Brother in Arms. Not sure if it's the very first pressed CD to come out, it was certainly the first CD i ever bought.

    . And from - http://www.amazon.com/Brothers-In-Arms-20th-Anniversary/dp/B0009WFF7M -
    -
    - wow i like the sound of that, i'm off to Amazon UK to see how much this version of the album costs....

Anyways, CD's have been out an awful long time and i like a lot of different music hence all the CD's :)

@andersg - LOL, i got carried away thinking about the Brothers in Arms re-release. Trouble is my wallet got carried away too, i needed something on top of the Brothers in Arms CD to be eligible for free delivery so i bought a cheap DVD player (as you do); then i really got carried away and ordered a 19" widescreen TFT screen too (it was rude not to).

At least i'll have an excuse to post new pics of where i'm sat now :p
