    Hehe, yeah, I had no experience of LAN parties before I came to York, and I have to say they're one of the highlights of being here. 12 Player deathmatches with real people who you're in the same room as is great.

    Damn Brent - you have a sweet sweet setup going! Are you happy with that 8800GTS? I like the cubby hole for the desk in your first pic. Looks like you're a neat freak like me - your house is spotless :D How do you like your Polaroid? I'm lovin' the heck out of mine. I used a DVI to HDMI cable to connect it to my PC and the picture is wonderful.

    Sounds like I'll leave all that LAN stuff for you young fellers - it does look like it'd be a hoot though. Maybe I'll hire a kid to cart and setup all the crap for me so I just have to show up and play. Dunno if I could stay up that long!!!

    I only succeeded once, it requires a lot of caffeine. This last one I could hae stayed up all night, but I have a report due soon, so I need to get that done, and therefore went for a 2 hour nap at 11am. It can be a pain carting stuff down, especially with a 30" LCD to move, fortunately the NZXT Lexa's carry handle makes moving the PC a breeze, less than can be said for my mate nick's 20kg+ water cooled full tower with 9 hard disks!

    Hey Neph,

    Yeah I like the Polaroid, but I don't see it to much. I have a 60" Sony LCD I like a lot and I am actually thinking about hooking up the small box (one in the Kitchen area) to that. As far as the video card goes it seems to be good, but to tell the truth I just built that system and haven't had much of a chance to use it just yet. I am kind of a neat freak I guess you could say because I hate to see cable's sticking out anywhere (like yourself). My wife thinks I'm crazy because I drilled hole's in our brand new house and ran all the speaker wires behind the walls, but now she is happy I did it because it looks good!. Here are a few more pictures of my new house, and by the way your area looks much cooler than mine, Damnit! LOL

    Here is where I have been spending most of my time. I built this workbench and shelves all by myself :) (First time I did anything like this)
    [IMG]

    The Pool Table, Fooseball table, and Dart board. All I need now is the bar and we can have a party!

    Here is my favorite toy of all!! (the Suzuki RM85 L is my daughters)

    Here is the living room (with my 60" Sony LCD!)

    OK I better quit for now, but I really love our new house! :)

    Everything so neat and orderly - you're a man after my own heart Brent. Boy you sure have a nice place over there. If I can ever figure out to turn my Dodge Dakota into a submarine I might have to swing by for some foosball :p

    That means that where I'm from...West Virginia, the houses had basements. Where I live now...South Carolina, is about 15 feet above sea level and no one has a basement. You don't have to dig to far to get to water in other words. LOL

    @Brent

    I was an all around college intramural expert...LOL I spent alot more time in the student union than I did in class. I excelled in Ping Pong and Foosball, I got pretty decent at pool but nothing to brag about.

    @Neph

    I'd take you out on the foosball table too...you sexy beast.
