    dealextreme is probably cheapest on the net and uses paypal . i can recommend them bought about 12 r4ds from them with no problems at all.
    the only thing is the shipping although it is free which is brilliant it can take at least 2 weeks from hong kong , that said they get a 9.5/10 from me . ( the 0.5 being the shipping )

    liksang is expensive because you have to import everything but they've always given me great quality and i've never had security issues.

    or nevermind. Apparently they were forced out of business by legal action hours ago. Really a shame.
