Probably the most widely believed about the full moon is that it is associated with madness.

My vision was obscured by darkness. A bleak, depressing, total lack of light that made me feel claustrophobic. I fought to breathe and as I started to panic the scene before me changed. Lights began to appear overhead until the corridor I was standing in was bathed in a harsh fluorescent glow. I knew immediately where I was and turned to run away.
