    I got an email about replies to this thread so I thought I would check in again.

    Anyway, I have been kind of busy as of late trying to figure out business plans for my company and finishing up some preparations so that I can pass my Real Estate exam and start my career.

    Welcome back Venom, its been a while sense I have seen you lurking around here. :)

    I haven't seen darthnip in a while either, so its good to see him again.
