   I'm a newbie and a little computer illiterate, I read some other threads and they said to go to the articles section, which was helpful but I still don't know where to get nero and compliant MPEG files using TMPGEnc from or even how to use it. Sorry about my tedious question but any help would be much appreciated.

   as for the compilant files, there is more than enough easy guides in the articles section and I'm pretty sure you could understand em easy!
