Please, any suggestions for players or tricks (other than BSplayer) that can slow playback by 1% increments? I'm trying to play files at 96% of normal, which is going from 25fps to 24fps. Whoever made the file made it play too quickly.

I solved my problem with ReClock http://ogo.nerim.net/reclockfilter/
and the trial version of WinDVD 6 http://www.download.com/WinDVD-Trial/3000-7970_4-10294470.html?tag=lst-0-2
though 5.0 also works. Letting the trial expire shouldn't be problem as ReClock uses a file but not the .exe from WinDVD. Hopefully this will put an end to most sync related playback issues and changing speeds from 25 to 24. So far the only program I know that will actually shift audio/video that was improperly synced when created is mplayer http://www.mplayerhq.hu/homepage/design7/news.html
    Good luck folks!
