If you had the choice to choose any DVD copier which one would it be? DVD Cloner II or DVD ripper & copying suite? Something better? Thanks fellas.
Don't spend any money until you've tried DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter - both free and very good. There are guides for both in our Guides section.
Yes I know, I am still trying to figure how to burn my first DVD even after printing the guides (currently in the process of posting a question in the "newbie" section)...but it if you had to purchase the software which one would it be? Thanks.
If I had to give up my beloved Shrink and Decrypter I would probably get CloneDVD2. I wouldn't waste my money on anything else
For making full copies of (DVD-5) discs I use DVD Decryptor (free), for making movie only backups to avoid compressing I use DVD Shrink (free), DVD Stripper (free but I'm going to donate), and VOBlanker (free), for compressing movies I've started using DVD Rebuilder (free but I've donated $10) with CCE Basic ($58). You should start by downloading DVD Decryptor and DVD Shrink. If you don't want to compress anything that's all you need.
