Which Files can be safely removed from DVD back up files?

VLC WILL play ISO files. All the ISO files that I created with DVDFab or other software, play with VLC. I am not sure what you're doing.
When you load the ISO in VLC, does it open to a still picture you say? Do you have a "play" button or something on that picture?

Yes ther is a play button but no joy when it is pressed I even made VLC default player? i have messed around with the files and settings but nothing happening

I am running vista home premium could this be an issue? I do not understand why it will not play the files..
I have an iso 3.5gb file I press paly but nothing... no eror messages

Well I have made a wee bit of progress? I can now see moving pictures??

I still get nothing when I click on the ISO file itself.but when I click a few times on the screen of VCL player it starts to play but not from beggining? I ahve tried ordering the chapters e.t.c. but it refuses to play from the start? also it refuses to start after pushing play button..only when I click in the actual screen..

so we are getting there slowly
