which is the best software to convert flv files to divx?

    Hello afterdawners, im new to this divx stuff and would very much appreciate the help from anybody.
    I have some flv files and i want to convert them to divx so it can maintain a good quality,which software would you recommend?I have divx converter,would that be a good converter?
