which one should i buy

hey, need a little help please from somebody who knows a lot about DVB.

i planning on buying a DVB card for my PC. i just dont know which is the best one.

any other suggestions are greatly appreciated.

basically i want to be able to watch the free view channels like BBC3 etc, record into Mpeg2 and use the interactive features like the red button to access the football scores.
