which starview do i have ???? thanks

    Hi all i have a starview but i am unsure which box it is as all it has on it is select a view view fta 500 it has software version of api ver 2.57 boot ver 7 anyone who may be able to help with this many thanks in advance

    chris I cant be 100% sure but I think that they are starview clones, if you could post a pic and the people on here should be able to tell you for sure.

    chris are you in the UK or Ireland and does this box work? and do you know how to load the software etc?

    hi i am in the uk the box will not unscramble the channels but i do know how to update the box but am unsure which firmware to use thanks

    I have a genuine Starview (7 x 25 grilles)

    Is there an update available for this box? If so Whats the name?

    I've searched and read loads of threads but can't find this anywhere - thanks

    hi guys,
    looking to get back up and running having used a starview 3 previously. Is this the box (advertised at top of page) [​IMG]that will work in dublin? will any firmware have to be added?

    Yes that box will work in Dublin and you will have to put the latest software onto it, when you get the box get back on if you need any help setting it up.

    Hi I'm in Dublin n*l area, is there any way i can get sky channels back working on my box? Starview 2 i think.any help is appreciated

    No, only starview working on N*L in Dublin is the starview 4 USB.
