I hope I'm in the right place. I've read all of the threads and I haven't found the answer to my questions.

My first question that I couldn't find the answer to in all of the threads is -

How do you backup a DVD ?

AND, my second question that wasn't in any of the threads, and I did read them all, is -

Why's Nephilim such a jerk?

Could someone explain it to me in very simple langauge OR write me a guide because I've read all of the guides and none of them makes any sense -
