When I've download some songs and videos with itunes than sometimes there's this sign ! coming up preventing me to hear them. Why it's telling me that it can not find the files? And I din't do nothing to loose them. What I'm suposed to do? 'Cause I've lost a lot of songs and videos.
Hello Judeline, welcome to afterdawn! Did you download them fron iTunes or another source? If it was from another source, just a minor change in the name of the song or video will make it to where you can't listen to it in iTunes. Go to [bold]Locate File[/bold] when this "sign" comes up and locate the file that you are trying to play. If you downloaded the files from iTunes, go into iTunes and go to [bold]Advanced-->Check For Purchases.[/bold] Then it will give you your purchased files again. ;-)
