I put on a DVD and process it through DVD Shrink. It says that the total disc is 4,463 MB in size.
    Movie - 4,367 MB
    Menus - 69 MB
    Features - 26 MB

But when I go to my computer and get the properties of the DVD, it says 7,48 GB in size.

Its just a little cofussing..in Shrink, the bar at the top is full but none of the bar is into the red.

Does this mean the DVD has been shrunk so that it will fit?

Will all of the DVD burn?

Oh yeah, and with the 'Main Movie' has been compressed 59.9 % and 3,788 MB aswell..

Does this mean that 3,788 MB has been compressed? or does it mean that 3,788 has been cut from the film?

Will the full DVD burn if so much has been compressed?

Yes. You should reauthor and keep just the movie. Get rid of all audio except for ac3 5.1 ch and your compression should be a lot less.
