Will any non-platinum version of SC work?

Hi

Im gonna softmod and ive got everything except the game.

If i get spliter cell(not pandora or double agent or chaos theory, the first one) and its not classics, will it work?

Or even better, will it work if it IS classics?

what do you mean by classics? do you mean platinum?

 

Oh yeah in europe on the box it says classics instead, my bad.

So, same question but with platinum in place of classics.
