Will HD DVD-A3 Play a Bookmarked +R Media ??

Hello,
I bouht a HD Dvd A3 Player thinking since it is
a HD DVD Player, it should be able to play all formats.
Except Blue Ray of course.
Then I find out in the manual it will not play +R Media.
Which I have about 100 Tayo Yuden +R Blank Media that I ust to
booktype movies.

So my question is, will the toshiba HD DVD-A3 play a already
Booktyped +R Media??

Because I have no -R media and really don't want to go out and
spend alot of money on high quality -R media. I have already
downloaded the booktype program for -R media just in case.

But then I will have have about 100 useless High Quality Blank
Tayo Discs.

Any Help ?
