Will Intel E5200 Work with nForce 680i?

Hi

I am looking at parts for building my first PC. I have found both:

Will these work together or not? I cant find a morsel of info on wether they will or not.

Also, if they don't work. Will this work with the motherboard above?

680i boards are terrible, ditch that board and get this:
http://www.dabs.com/productview.asp...PageMode=1&NavigationKey=11143,50050,42620000

Either of the two CPUs you've chosen are fine and will work with the above board.
