I have an iPod touch that is a 16 gig. And when i bought it i bought the apps from itunes that you can buy with the weather and crap like that. If i do the jailbreak on it, will it erase those since i will have to downgrade the firmware, or will they be fine. Thanks.
They will be gone but you can get them free once you jailbreak it. My opinion is the itouch is NOTHING until it is jailbroken!
The iPod Touch is a great device even before jailbroken, though it is slightly on the pricey side. It is entirely worth it if not more, once it is jailbroken. There's such a large variety of tools, applications and games to experiment with. The iPod Touch can be used as a PDA!
