I am trying to 'fix' my daughters win 7 computer. I suspect maleware. I deleted her browsers then when I tried to reinstall I couldn't. I was told I needed the administrator ID to install. Her is Admin not Administrator. I can not see any evidence of an Administrator account. I thought maybe I could see it in safe mode but I could not. Her Admin account could install in safe mode. That means to me I do have malware on the computer. I will post another message there on the virus part.

My question here is does win 7 have an Administrator account that can be accessed by a network admin that can't be seen even by an admin? I thought I was smart to run a full backup before any software was installed but that was useless to refresh her computer. It does not have the option recover all. Now I think I needed to make a system image.
