Hi, I have a Samsung laptop NP700Z5a and Windows 10 and I cannot run any DVD's or CD's on my laptop anymore. The DVD RW drive is there but cannot communicate with the discs apparently. I have resetted the default settings, uninstalled the drive (Standard SATA ACHI Controller) and run the Windows problem fix - no change whatsoever. When I checked the list volume in command prompt for drive E: a file list showed up and this text: C:\WINDOWS\system32>E: The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error. C:\WINDOWS\system32>dir Volume in drive C has no label. What should I do know?
